- Homer Stadium reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the booking system after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made in advance through the official Homer Stadium booking platform.
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation message or email.
- Court availability is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals will not be granted additional time.
3. Payment Policy
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the booking page.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Any discounts, promotions, or offers are valid only within the specified period and are non-transferable.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All bookings are final.
- No cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be accepted once a booking is confirmed.
- Failure to attend your booked session will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
- Bookings cannot be transferred to another person or date.
5. Code of Conduct
- Players must wear proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes.
- Food, chewing gum, and beverages (other than water) are not allowed inside the court area.
- Players are expected to maintain discipline and respect others using the facility.
- Any damage caused to the court, equipment, or property will be charged to the responsible individual.
6. Facility Rules
- Homer Stadium reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not comply with facility rules.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- The management may temporarily close courts for maintenance, tournaments, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, affected bookings may be rescheduled to a later date at the discretion of the management.
7. Liability
- Players use the facilities at their own risk.
- Homer Stadium and its management will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings.
- It is recommended that players warm up properly and follow safe playing practices.
8. Privacy Policy
- Personal information provided during booking is used solely for managing court reservations and internal purposes.
- We respect your privacy and do not share your details with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
